Courtyard by Marriott Little Rock Downtown

The sweet lady who worked the night shift is really awesome and she went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. She needs a raise or a big christmas bonus plus she needs a plaque of recognition for outstanding top employee. She not only made sure our vehicles were safe over night but she also got my points credited to my account and made check in and check out super quick and easy. And she knew all the answers to each of my questions. And much much more.

This hotel was perfect for our spontaneous night on the river front! Comfortable beds, quiet, effective air conditioner, and absolutely amazing shower water pressure! Parking garage was very convenient. Overall great value!

In town for the Little Rock Marathon, and grabbed a room last minute. Perfect location downtown, with everything within walking distance. Including the Marriott where the race started, and President Clinton library the other direction. There's a parking garage right behind it, and they allow in and out for $18 a day.

Stayed one night while we attended a concert at The Hall. Great location, friendly staff, and nice clean room. The outdoor area with fire pit was perfect for relaxing when we got back from the show and enjoying our morning coffee before we left.

I noticed how clean the entry way was when I walked into the building. The number of people in the dining area and bar is a testament the food and drinks are quite good. As I approached the front desk I was greeted by Mary. Mary was welcoming, pleasant and accommodating. She told me about some of the nearby restaurants, some within walking distance. Mary told me about the services and comforts at the hotel. She even mentioned a concert that was going on in the city. I was impressed with Mary’s expertise, her enthusiasm and positive attitude. On my way to my room, I noticed the elevator and hallway were fragrant. The freshness of the room was immediately noticeable. However, I still completed my hotel ritual of spraying Microban on the doorknobs, lights, areas where I would by laying my belongings, shower, toilet seat, bathroom sink, couch, headboard, bed sheets, pillowcases, etc. We bring our own bed sheets and pillowcases. Speaking of the bed. The mattress is due for an upgrade. It shows significant wear and tear (i.e. dip in the middle of the mattress). The bathroom was exceptionally clean, as I ran the Clorox wipe along the sink, and bathtub. The bathroom floor was clean as there was no dust in the corners. My husband’s key didn’t work, and he had to go downstairs to get another one. The new key didn’t work, so he had to go back downstairs to get another key. The manager on duty came up with him to be sure the key worked and offered us a complimentary breakfast for his inconvenience. I was very pleased with our room and hotel hospitality. My husband and I are both Bonvoy Marriott members as Marriott is our preferred hotel. This just maybe our go to hotel when we come to Little Rock. The price is reasonable. Customer service is excellent. The hotel room is exceptionally clean. The location is pristine as food and entertainment are within walking distance. The presence of a nearby police station helps discourage criminal activity and enhance public safety. We will definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at the Courtyard by Marriott in Little Rock, thanks to the incredible bartender, Julie! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only did she mix up some fantastic drinks, but she also offered great local recommendations and made sure we felt right at home. Julie's warmth and excellent service definitely added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend the hotel, and if you’re lucky enough to have Julie behind the bar, you’re in for a treat!

Good value hotel. After staying in a Fairfield the night before in Nashville I did have a nicer bathroom and shower there. As for the room it appeared clean and well made up. The bathroom was clean! It was just a little dated with the tub. No issues otherwise, staff was friendly.
